YEAH...RIGHT!

It has come to my attention that Rudy (I want your conservative vote) Giuliani prays to Jesus for guidance.

One question. Does Jesus give Mr. Giuliani wisdom and advice when he advocates the killing of unborn babies? NOT POSSIBLE!!

He goes on to say...

"I'm guided very, very often about, `Don't judge others, lest you be judged,'" Giuliani said in the CBN interview. "I'm guided a lot by the story of the woman that was going to be stoned, and Jesus put the stones down and said, 'He that hasn't sinned, cast the first stone,' and everybody disappeared. It seems like nowadays in America, we have people that think they could've passed that test.

People love that verse when they want to silence their critics.

My problem is not with casting stones or assuming that I have never sinned. My problem comes with the fact that in a time when he needs to be religious he turns on the Jesus talk.

To me this is what the chameleon does. He is able to blend with whatever company he's in.

I know that this brings up a huge point but it has to be mentioned. I know that most of us have a personal litmus test a candidate must pass before they can garner our vote. The first test for me is abortion. Abortion is murder any way you look at it, even in rape or incest. It is wrong and it is murder.

For a candidate to tell me that he prays for wisdom and guidance from the Lord and supports killing unborn babies there is simply a conflict of interests. To me, this is not workable, credible or even negotiable. I cannot, with a good conscience, vote for Rudy Giuliani.

If one searches WorldNetDaily, you will see articles where Rudy dresses up like a woman!
New York may approve of this, but the Lord God says it isn't right . He won't be getting my vote for President, although I have always liked him personally.

Kathy,

I saw the pic on google images. It is ridiculous. Men have lost their masculinity when they allow themselves to be emasculated.

Oh...didn't you know? Rudy IS against abortion...he's just FOR a woman's "right to choose". Poor guy...that's gotta be a painful fence to straddle. Amazing how people take something so disgusting (abortion) and turn it into something palatable (the right to choose)in order to take the nasty taste out of their mouths and the guilt from of their hearts. It's a sick and wicked world we live in where the innocent are the ones who have no choice at all. God help us!

In Georgia, we can make a difference on the abortion issue.

Visit http://www.letthemlive.us/.

If you really want to be sickened, visit www.rcrc.org. This is the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice. View on their website all the denominations that send their money to this heinous organization. Among some listed are the United Methodists, the Episcopalians, the USA Presbyterians, the Unitarian Universalists (of course) and the United Church of Christ. It is a clear assault on the family, with unborn babies as its victim. What is interesting to note is that in most of the above denominations, women have been ordained, and that most pictured look like lesbians.

In my opinion, these denominations are apostate and have ceased being churches of the Living God. I am praying that the Lord will close the doors to these churches and remove any influence that they may have. If you know anyone who attends one of these churches, but is against abortion, please send them to the website so that they can see that their tithes and offerings are supporting murder.

Ah the abortion issue...its illegal in my country whatever that means, women still get abortions and take pills and when they are bleading to death they go to public hospitals and get the job finished and although most of us know this no one says a thing. The abortion issue has come up again here and they're trying to make it legal..God willingly they will fail.

I think it was Paul Washer who said, If you love babies then you must hate abortion...so totally true!

Please pray for my country (Dominican Republic) and that this new Pro-abortion campain will fail.

God bless!!

I cannot in good conscience vote for anyone.

Every politician this year is "spiritual". That is pure foolishness. Every election has it's platform and this election is Relgion. I guess the last one was too, to bad Kerry didn't think it would work.

Lionel,

I am not sure that religion is its platform. I think that the politicians attempt to gain all interests groups they can so they become the chameleon. They blend with whatever group they are in.

Rick,

So what do you do, sit at home and not vote at all?

I wonder how many Christians refuse to take part in voting...

As Christians, we should be at the vanguard of every aspect of our society.... education, politics, science, liberal arts, etc. We should be voting and running for office, causing all institutions to bow a knee to King Jesus. We should boldly proclaim that all should "Kiss the Son" lest He become angry.

If you aren't voting, you lose your "complaining" rights. If you aren't voting, you are part of the problem, and not the solution. Why do we allow the liberal minority to run our country and make the laws?

This type of thinking is one of retreat and defeat (due in part to the church's prevalent eschatology), not one of victory.

dss,

Ouch! I sense a subtle jab at those of us that do not embrace the Dominion Theology. :)

Dear friend DT,

I hope the "jab" left no bruise. It was meant to invoke thought :) !

DT - I do not vote or complain. I believe democracy is a man made form of government designed by the humanistic Greeks to let the fallen intellect of man rule.

I do not say the pledge of allegience or sing the national anthem, however I do not make a scene or judge anyone who does. My citizenship is not of this world and I am looking for a city whose builder and maker is God.

The citizens of that country are made by the new birth alone!

Rick,

Firstly, the United States is not a Greecian democracy. We are a Federal Constitutional Republic.

Secondly, do you pray for our national leaders? Do you honor our leaders? This is commanded by Scripture. We are commanded to submit to the governing authorities and honor them.

I respect Rudy for bringing NY through the 9/11 attack drama. Other than that, he definitely won't get my vote.
